Deceiving product details, November 25, 2011 By  start - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Precise HeatTM 2.38gal (9L) Surgical Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Bought this pressure cooker thinking it was surgical steel grade because that is how they advertise it but once I got the pressure cooker, no were on the pot it says that is surgical steel grade and no instructios included. If you have no previus experience with pressure cookers, you need to be very careful because you can easily get hurt . When the pressure builts up inside even if you turn the valve so the pressure is able to get out while cooking, there is no way of opening the pot even after all of the steems has gotten out.
